State Affairs

Foremost among the responsibilities of the Nevada Hotel & Lodging Association (NHLA) is representing all components of the lodging industry and providing advocacy and protection with legislative and regulatory bodies in Nevada. The NHLA is the only state lodging organization representing the public policy interests of the lodging industry and its employees and guests throughout Nevada.

In 2009, the NHLA lobbying effort will be conducted by the law firm of McDonald Carano Wilson LLP.
