NHLA is known for presenting dozens of relevant and beneficial events and activities each year, generally averaging about 75 a year between SNV and NNV. With the world in virtual status right now, that has not stopped us. We have made available many virtual webinars, podcasts, informational sessions and other activities the past few months and will continue to do so.

Women in Lodging Leadership Chat-Sept. 22

NHLA presents unique golf tourney

NHLA is presenting a fall golf tournament-yes, that is right- which will be held at TPC in Summerlin. The tournament will be in effect October 9-31. Members and guests can play a round of golf at their convenience, date and time (practicing social distancing and safe protocols). A special rate of $99.00 per person will be offered upon registration. The course will retain the score cards until after the end of the month and report the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners to NHLA at the conclusion. The winners will receive trophies and be recognized in our social channels. Get out and have a great time on your time in the cooler weather. Sign up.
Put your costume on and run

NHLA is hosting our next virtual 5K in October. Run, walk or jog 5K indoors or outdoors in a venue of your choice. Take a picture of your finish in a Halloween costume and send to us to post. Each participant will receive a medal of participation. Enjoy the fall weather and the exercise. Register.
Save the date-2020 WIL Conference

NHLA will present a half day virtual WIL conference on November 10. Special presenters include Shannon McCallum, Finley Cotrone, Karen Betz and Deborah Thomas-Nininger. Michele Kline will emcee. NHLA Read to Lead Book Club is back!

We will host virtual book clubs for the remainder of 2020. Our first session will take place September 29, 2020 starting at 5:30 p.m. for one hour. Lynn Gray will host the virtual sessions for this book club and we will be reading The Power of Moments: Why Certain Experiences Have Extraordinary Impact.
We will have a mid-session call on October 13. Our final session will be held on October 27. The club meetings are fun, casual, open to all NHLA members and completely voluntary. Join us.
