Enhance and Advance your Hospitality Career with Exec Diploma

In the last decade, the hospitality industry has changed in many ways.  But one truth remains constant: this is an industry that often relies on experience rather than education.  All of us that work in this dynamic field have a colleague, a friend, or a boss that worked their way up from line-level to supervisory positions and beyond.  Have you considered an Exec Diploma in Hospitality Operations?

We admire such individuals for their work-ethic, dedication, and hard-won experience, even as they may not have a typical educational background such as a bachelor’s degree.  But the ladder only goes up so far until the lack of a certificate, diploma, or degree becomes a challenge.

While traditional educational institutions offer a viable pathway toward career advancement, many working professionals require innovative programs, with accelerated time-frames, and focused, experiential curriculum that they can use immediately.  The International School of Hospitality (TISOH), an accredited Las Vegas-based continuing education school, recognizes both the challenges of career advancement and the need for such quality, short-term, and practical education within the hospitality industry.

Exec Diploma

The new Executive Diploma in Hospitality Operations is a unique program designed to meet the needs, and help fulfill the ambitions, of today’s hospitality employees.  TISOH offers this 7–month, part-time program to any industry professional with two or more years of supervisory hospitality experience (or an Associate’s degree and above). Modeled after an Executive MBA, but without the requirement of a bachelor’s degree for entry, the curriculum is focused heavily on honing the participant’s leadership and management skills in human resources, sales and marketing, and revenue management and analysis.

The Executive Diploma program is led and taught by our award winning industry professional faculty.  Participants will join a cohort of like-minded professionals who have the same desire to fill essential knowledge gaps while earning a unique and targeted educational credential that can help them break through barriers toward advancement that they truly deserve.

Exec diploma accredited

Best of all, because the Executive Diploma in Hospitality Operations is an accredited program, tuition reimbursement is likely available through employers.  The part-time nature of the program, either classroom in Las Vegas or entirely online, makes it suitable for even the busiest pro.  Additionally, NHLA members are eligible for exclusive savings.
