The Nevada Hotel and Lodging Association is comprised of hospitality industry leaders serving as officers, executive board members, board members and experienced staff. Under the direction of the chairman of the board, the directors guide the membership, financial aspects, activities, advocacy, representation and presence of the NHLA on a local, statewide and national level.

2015 Officers include Lynn Mitchell (Soleil Management), Chairman of the Board; Mary Ann Burns (Boyd Group), Vice Chairperson; Jonathan Boulware (Gold Dust West), Vice Chairperson; and Cliff Atkinson (Mandarin Oriental), Secretary/Treasurer.
The 2015 Executive Board of Directors is comprised of Alex Canales (Hilton Grand Vacations Club); Greg Gooding (The Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort and Spa); Lyra Hynie, (Tropicana Resort and Casino); and Shannon McCallum Crawford, (Aria Resort and Casino).
Board members for 2015 include Erna Barton (Bluegreen Club 36); Eric Bello (Venetian/Palazzo); Chris Breed (Wyndham Vacation Ownership); Matt Carter, (Carson Valley Inn); Audrey Damonte (Damonte Law Offices); Jason Dougan (M Resort Spa and Casino); Fred Findlen (Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort and Casino); Patrick Flynn (Peppermill Hotel Casino); Mary Giuliano (Vdara Hotel and Spa); Simon Pettigrew (The Cosmopolitan Resort and Casino), Patrick Wallace (Sunset Station Hotel and Casino) and Ricardo Ramirez (Downtown Grand).

The NHLA Board of Directors and staff meet quarterly and review progress and pending or new issues for NHLA and the industry. They discuss relevant industry legislative actions as necessary. Association growth strategies are part of every agenda as well as reviewing upcoming events and new opportunities and benefits for NHLA members.
