Introducing Danielle Deremo, Internet Marketing Inc.

In our efforts to continue bringing star players from the Nevada hospitality industry into our esteemed NHLA organization, we’ve recently joined forces with a great professional in the space with Danielle Deremo, Account Executive at Internet Marketing Inc. in Las Vegas.

Landing in Las Vegas

Danielle made her way into the interactive marketing industry after kicking off her career with MGM Grand’s Food & Beverage Marketing team, helping to launch their social media networks during the height of Vegas hotels’ rising interest in the social arena. Immediately after officially moving to Las Vegas from Chicago in 2010, she became Social Media Specialist for The Mirage Hotel & Casino, and later promoted to Interactive Marketing Manager to oversee digital strategy, interactive marketing plans, mobile applications, on-property interactivity, web maintenance, and all aspects of digital marketing for a Fortune 100 company. In 2014, Danielle chose to leave the corporate world to bestow social media insight to those in need as a freelancing social media consultant. During this time, she offered up her skills in strategic development, branding, community management, video production, and even acting as a video host once or twice. Now, as an Account Executive at IMI, she leads digital strategies for the agency’s top hospitality and nightlife clientele.

What Danielle is Up To

In addition to her involvement with the NHLA and Women in Lodging mentorship program, she also serves as Events Media Chair for the Las Vegas Innovation Marketing Association and has been involved with the group for five years. “I’ve always thought it very important to be involved in our amazing city’s organizations and to uphold the continual education of the Vegas marketing community.” She does take a break every so often, though, and when she does it’s usually having random adventures throughout the city with her fiancé Brandon and her closest friends. A self-admitting “Doctor Who nerd” and avid foodie, those adventures usually circulate around something delicious and something sci-fi.
