It is a 30 minute online course which provides information on methods and procedures for front-line employees to provide exemplary guest service resulting in positive reviews.
TripAdvisor® is the world’s largest travel ratings website with millions of travelers sharing their experiences at hotels across the globe. Millions of readers have access to these reviews and frequently plan their trips based on the feedback.
