The Nevada Hotel and Lodging Association Women in Lodging division has over 200 members, many of whom are very active, leading professionals. Events are hosted each month that provide leadership development, quarterly leadership chat, philanthropic projects, educational activities and social networking opportunities.

One of our very successful programs is our WIL Leadership Chats. Each quarter a well-established and highly respected WIL member hosts a get together and talks about her personal career experiences and journeys. She openly shares challenges, accomplishments, guidance and tips for success.

Join us as Executive Director of Hotel Operations at the Venetian/Palazzo, Jaime Miranda, chats with us about her journey, early success and ongoing visions for her career. Jaime is in charge of one of the biggest hotel operations in the world; we can all learn from her experience, challenges and guidance.
Keeping the events small and intimate allows for a comfortable setting to ask questions, share issues and learn from the leader and the attendees. Attendance is limited to the first 25 registrants.
Attendees are encouraged to ask questions, comfortably share experiences and challenges and gain some insight from someone who has a great deal of experience. The setting is friendly, non-judgmental, and casual while presenting the chance to openly seek ideas and tips to move through career development.
The Leadership Chat will take place at the Palazzo on August 15 beginning at 5:30 p.m.
There will be a nominal $10.00 fee for attendance with that money going to the WIL Philanthropy fund. We support Dress for Success SNV, Dress for Success NNV and The Embracing Project.
