The Nevada chapter of Women in Lodging will hold a member luncheon on May 21, 2015 at Cili Restaurant Bali Hai Golf Club from noon until 1:30 p.m. This will be the inaugural event for the newly formed state chapter.

Special guest presenter will be former Nevada Lt. Governor, Lorraine Hunt Bono. Lorraine is a powerful leader in Nevada and a strong supporter of the hospitality industry. We are so honored to have her participate in our first event for Nevada WIL.
The Nevada Hotel and Lodging Association launched Women in Lodging (WIL) in February and has close to 100 members at this time. Women in the industry throughout Nevada understand the importance of networking, mentoring and growing their careers through the resources and opportunities presented by NHLA WIL.

Members of WIL must be company members of the Nevada Hotel and Lodging Association. Membership is free.
The next scheduled activity for WIL members will be a summer seminar presented by professionals from Dale Carnegie Training on balancing life and work as well as dealing with the intrinsic stress involved for career women. This important seminar will be held June 16 at Vegas PBS from 9:00-11:00 a.m. Register via the NHLA website event calendar.
