The Company Technology Innovator of the Year Award distinguishes hotel industry companies that have developed or implemented clear visionary and transformative technology. The award recognizes what technology advances NHLA member companies have implemented to advance the potential of their systems, processes and amenities that improve and enhance a guest’s visit or stay.

Here are some of the qualifications considered for the award:
• Cutting-edge technology benefitting guest visit, check-in, stay and/or check-out
• Ease of use by consumer/guests
• Availability at the property i.e. lobby, hotel rooms, restaurants, convention facilities, etc.
• Originality and uniqueness of technology within the industry
• Cost in comparison to benefit for user
• Complimentary applications available to user
