The Nevada Hotel and Lodging Foundation will host our inaugural Great Chef Run 5K on April 30 at Kellogg Zaher Park. Proceeds will benefit our scholarship program designed to support students and industry professionals in their educational and career pursuits. The Great Chef Run is going to be so much fun...chefs will present demos and tastings after the event, vendors and food trucks will be onsite to add to the excitement and a special band will provide great entertainment. Gina Arambula, Organization Effectiveness Senior Partner-Hospitality, has joined our dynamic Women in Lodging leadership council. Gina has been an active member of NHLA for the past few years.
Helen Fafara, Account Executive with P&G Professional, will serve on the WIL council. Helen has been a member of the NHLA Clean and Green committee for a couple of years and has attended several NHLA events.
We are thrilled to have both of these leaders joining us in helping us to guide this area of NHLA in a meaningful and productive manner for our WIL members.
