He is the Chef Concierge of the Sunset Marquis Hotel in West Hollywood, CA. He is also the President of the Los Angeles Concierge Association. As new technology rapidly enters the marketplace aimed at helping guest service professionals become more efficient at their jobs, the balance between productivity enhancement and personal service becomes harder.
