NHLA announces new committees for 2026

  NHLA will implement three new committees for 2026:

Mentor committee - members on this committee will serve as ambassadors for our mentor program participants helping to guide, inspire, and provide resources as we move through the 10 week period. While we will have a new format for our program in 2026, new ideas for the program are encouraged and most welcome.

Behind the Scenes committee - members of this committee will help find interesting and relevant attractions and venues for our members to visit and learn more about. This is a popular and super fun program within NHLA and will continue in 2026. Join the committee and help us expand and let our members experience the amazing areas in Las Vegas so they are better-prepared to promote and encourage visitors to see and enjoy.

AI committee - members of this committee must have hospitality knowledge related to AI as we explore this new, quickly growing (and a bit overwhelming) vast area. The AI committee will help our members learn about AI in depth (from a knowledge standpoint not from a sales platform) as it pertains to the industry, create related sessions and events and provide useful resources.

We would like to thank Andy Ginsburg and the Clean and Green committee for several years of providing useful and relevant programs, sessions and resources in these areas. As we have explored and presented information in so many viable related areas, this committee is going to take a hiatus for a year or two. Thank you to everyone who supported this committee; please keep all the wonderful initiatives for sustainability practices and exceptional housekeeping services moving forward.
