Thank you to Mandalay Bay team for hosting our Project 150 donation event last week in their beautiful penthouse suite. Big thank you to all our members who donated a huge amount of food and items to help our homeless and disadvantaged high school students in our communities.

NHLA expands popular mentor program for 2026
|
 |
|
NHLA is expanding our very popular mentor program in 2026. With the success of our two previous mentor programs - WIL and Emerging Leaders - we are now opening up our mentor program to all NHLA hotel team members. The program will run 10 weeks, beginning in February, and will have some great new features. The mentor program co-chairs for 2026 will be Lynn Gray, Strategic Accounts Director, Boca Terry and Bita Soleimani, Assistant Hotel Manager, Palms Casino Resort. Both Lynn and Bita have significant experience in our mentor programs and will ensure our new format is a huge success for all. We have openings for hotel members on the mentor committee; contact us if interested.

NHLA Behind the Scenes - we had a great year

NHLA in partnership with our members and community venues provided 15 Behind the Scenes tours for our members this year. These tours are fun and also educational as we learn about other properties and businesses. This gives us the information to be able to talk about them to others and ideally promote or utilize the services and accommodations. We send a BIG thank you to all of the entities that hosted a tour for us, we appreciate it! If anyone would like to host a tour for NHLA members next year and enjoy great visibility for your company, contact us.

2026 Pickleball fun for NHLA members

We started our super fun pickleball get togethers for our members a couple of years ago and will continue in 2026. To keep it interesting, we are exploring other venue options. If anyone has contacts at other local pickleball venues who might like to participate with NHLA, please send them our way to chat.
