NHLA Family Day - save the date and bring your family for a fun time

News from SNWA

Beginning January 2027, Nevada law will prohibit the use of Colorado River water to irrigate decorative, nonfunctional grass at properties not exclusively used as single family residences.

To continue supporting property owners-and to help offset increasing labor and material costs for grass replacement -the SNWA recently approved a rebate increase.

Effective immediately, valley businesses can receive: $5 per square foot for the first 10,000 square feet of grass converted to water efficient landscaping. Learn more HERE.
