Also, in partnership with TISOH, taking place in Reno on June 11 is our Certified Professional in Guest Experience class and exam. The event will take place at the Atlantis from 1:00-4:00 p.m. and will be led by instructor Lenny Talarico. NHLA has a few complimentary admissions to this course for members. Contact us by June 3.
