Marketing Programs

The Nevada Hotel and Lodging Association offers many opportunities to market and showcase your company. Whether your business is a hotel, industry supporting vendor, educational entity, service provider or fall into another category, we can help make your company visible.

Start with your business listing on our frequently visited website under “NHLA Members”.

  • Be sure your images are attractive and up-to-date
  • Check your content — is it correct?
  • List any special promotions you are offering

Supply Partners

Deals and Discounts

NHLA is pleased to offer our members a range of discounts and special offers from various companies and entities. Our Deals and Discounts program is open to any NHLA member company wishing to post a promotion. Once the offer is on the Deals and Discounts page, we post it in our social channels, in our online newsletter, and on other marketing communication. Submit your Deals and Discounts promotion.

Promotional Flyer

Every member company has the option to submit a promotional flyer for distribution to our member mailing list (1 per year). This program is handled online via email broadcast. The flyer presented must be in the final format before submission. Submit your promotional flyer.

Hospitality Headliner

Our online newsletter, Hospitality Headliner, is distributed to over 3000 subscribers every Wednesday. Members may submit short posts to be included with a link to more information. The newsletter is rated our number one most read form of communication. We encourage members to submit news about their business, special offers, grand openings, relocations, team promotions and other news to share with our members.

Master Key Blog

One of the most popular pages on the website, The Master Key Blog contains weekly posts about NHLA, our members, upcoming events, the industry and other relevant and interesting news.  We post every Tuesday and invite our members to submit blogs that could be of interest to our members.  This opportunity is only open to NHLA members.

NHLA Social Media

NHLA has a strong Facebook presence along with social pages on LinkedIn and Instagram.  Members may submit posts about their companies, team member news, new products or services, awards received and other relevant and interesting information to share with other NHLA members.We also accept company videos for our social media posts. Submit your social media posts for consideration.

NHLA reserves the right to choose which posts are used and does not guarantee that all submissions will be posted.

Guest Presenter

NHLA members are often asked to be a guest presenter at seminars and conferences when they have expertise to share in a field relevant to the hotel industry. Generally, a vendor table is included with the guest presenter invitation so there is an opportunity to showcase products and services.

Sponsorships

Members are encouraged to sponsor events such as our website, conferences, Stars of the Industry, golf and bowling tournaments, board meetings, luncheons and other highly attended activities. The sponsor receives a complimentary vendor table and a 10 minute presentation spot.

Supply Partner Showcase

We host a vendor showcase event each year where vendors have tables and our hotel members attend to meet each vendor and learn about products and services. This event has been very successful with great feedback from both the vendors and hoteliers.

Networking

NHLA hosts a quarterly event with networking time, a guest speaker and more networking opportunities. The quality of the guest speaker is exemplary, therefore, the events are well-attended.

NHLA Behind the Scenes Tours

We host customized tours monthly of various members and local venues. Members may register to participate in the Behind the Scenes tours and get an up close look at various hotels, suppliers, and attractions. The tours are fun, casual and offer a great opportunity to meet other industry leaders.

New programs are added often. Check back frequently. The key to maximizing membership is to get involved, participate in as many activities as possible and utilize the many benefits available.
