WOMEN IN LODGING MENTOR PROGRAM
Thank you for your interest in participating in our 2025 Women in Lodging (WIL) mentor program. By participating in the NHLA Women in Lodging mentor program, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge, share your expertise and widen your network of professionals in the hospitality industry.
The mission of the Women in Lodging Mentor Program is to provide members with the opportunity to meet industry professionals who want to share their experience, knowledge and advice. Through the mentoring program, Women in Lodging mentees receive guidance and support as they explore career enhancement and advancement.

Mentor Program Registration
The WIL mentor program is a 10 week session. Mentees are selected through an application process and paired with mentors based on the mentees’ areas of interest and availability of the mentors. All of our mentors are experienced in the industry so the mentee will have a productive experience with her mentor. The individual mentors and mentees will create their own timelines based on scheduling availability.
Please fill out the form below and submit it by July 1, 2025. All participants will receive an introductory email with the name and contact information of your partner for the program.
The Women in Lodging mentor program will being July 15. We will meet at TISOH (The International School of Hospitality) at 6:00 p.m. We will go over the outline of the program and then let the paired mentors and mentees get acquainted and map out a plan.
Please plan to be committed to the program and to your mentor partner for the 10 week period. Everyone is taking time out of their busy schedules to ensure the program is worthwhile for everyone participating in it. Respecting each other’s time and effort is crucial for a successful experience.
